风淋室使用规范(中英对照)

风淋室的相关使用规范在网上找会有几种不同的版本，其实这些使用规范都是使用用户根据自身要求来定制的，灵洁风淋室专家整理的这个版本风淋室使用规范是某电子厂自己整理的一套管理规范，适合大部分风淋室用户，仅供参考。

2. 目的 Purpose：

保证风淋室正确、安全的使用，确保其使用寿命。

Ensure the air Shower correct and safe use, to ensure that their service life.

2. 范围 Scope：

生产厂房无尘车间。

Clean room of company.

3. 职责 Responsibility：

所有进出风淋室的人员。

Air Shower in and out of all the staff.

4. 操作程序 Operating Procedures：

4.1 进入无尘车间时使用风淋室操作方法：

Into the use of clean room operation of Air Shower

1 ○ 人员由非洁净区走到风淋室外门

Staff from non-clean up areas into the door Air Shower.

2 ○ 打开外门，进入风淋室后随后关闭外门

Open the outer door, entered the Air Shower after the subsequent closure of the outer door.

3 ○ 按语音提示经过红外感应器感应区

Through infrared sensors, sensing area according to voice.

双门自动上锁，风淋室风机起动开始吹淋

Two-door locked automatically, Air Shower fans began to work.

4 ○ 按设定的时间吹淋完后，按语音提示打

开内门进入洁净室

Time set by the wind after the shower, according to the voice inside to open the door into the clean room.

4.2 注意事项 Notes

4.2.1 进入风淋室前需看清里面是否有人（风淋系统工作时，不能用力使劲去推拉门，更不能强 制性地将门打开，否则电锁会被损坏）。

We need to see whether there have people before entering Air Shower(shower system, can not be forced to push and pull the door hard, but not mandatory open the door, or electric lock will be damaged)

4.2.2 进出门时不要用手推玻璃，以免玻璃破碎后伤人。

Do not push the glass door when you go out/into the air shower, so as to avoid the injury after broken glass

4.2.3 进入风淋室后需先将门关好后再站在感应区内，尤其是多人一起进入的时候，关好门后再 去感应并启动风淋。
