FFU层流送风单元可模块化连接使用，使得FFU广泛应用于洁净室、洁净工作台、洁净生产线和组装式洁净室等场合。

FFU设有初、高效两级过滤器。风机从顶部将空气吸入并经初、高效过滤器，过滤后的洁净空气在整个出风面以0.25～0.75m/s的风速均匀送出。

FFU (Fan Filter Unit) laminar flow wind delivery unit can be modularized, which is able to be widely used in clean rooms, clean benches, clean lines and assembling clean rooms.

FFU equipped with two filters: free and hapa filters. Air is indrafted in by the ventilator at the top, then sent out after purifying through free and hapa filters
